• Our Room Rates are:
• Single occupancy:  $137.50  plus tax 
• Double occupancy:  $148.50 plus tax
• A third adult staying in the same room or child staying in the same room with parents is $15.00 extra.

• New York State Sales tax (7%) and Bed Tax (3%) are added to our rates.

• A deposit of one night's lodging is necessary to guarantee your reservation.

• Our non-smoking policy is appreciated by most guests.

• Our rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.;    Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.

• Personal checks, Travelers Checks and cash are accepted as your payment method.  If you have made an online reservation request, a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding your deposit and reservation availability.  If you seek immediate information regarding availability, please telephone us at 315-375-4643.

• There is a required two-day minimum stay on weekends.
